Asbicon in partnership with Kantar Retail signs a project to support one of the world’s leading cereal and snacks company in delivering Distributor Engagement Transformation across the Middle East; UK & Mediterranean regions

In order to support the client in realizing its vision of simplifying and automating the distributor engagement process, Asbicon (in partnership with Kantar Retail) has initiated engagement with the key stakeholders to understand the existing business processes and identify and develop guidelines and business rules required to bring about the change. Asbicon would also be responsible for developing the training collaterals for the technical platform used for the Distributor Engagement Training program.
